Experience
Víctor advises on the day-to-day management of clients’ needs in labour and employment matters, including employee benefits and Social Security contributions, hiring and terminations, disciplinary proceedings and related issues. He also has experience in handling harassment investigations and matters related to equality and diversity.
He has also been involved in collective labour proceedings, including the negotiation of non-statutory collective agreements, procedures for the suspension, reduction and/or modification of working hours, collective relocations and material changes to working conditions, as well as in union negotiations, such as agreements on working time redistribution and remote working.
In addition, Víctor focuses his professional practice on the defence of contentious matters before labour courts and tribunals.
