Experience
Santiago has extensive experience advising on both national and international matters in the fields of capital markets and corporate law. He has advised on regulated markets and multilateral trading facilities in numerous transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), capital increases, and the establishment, update, and issuance of bonds under MTN and CP programmes. He also regularly advises clients on corporate governance matters.
In addition, he has experience in securitisations, financing and refinancing transactions, NPL portfolio sales, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory advice related to capital markets.
Prior to joining the Firm, Santiago worked for several years in the Markets and Financial Services department of a leading international law firm.

- Double Master’s Degree in Business Law and Access to the Legal Profession, University of Navarra.
