Paulina has been a member of the Corporate/M&A department at Ramón y Cajal Abogados since 2019, where she advises domestic and international clients on corporate and contractual matters.
Her professional practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions across a wide range of industries. She also has solid experience in coordinating legal due diligence processes, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and actively participating in all stages of the transaction.
