Partner in charge of the Administrative Law and Regulated Sectors practice.

A former Government Lawyer (currently on leave of absence), Antonio is a well-recognized specialist in administrative law and litigation involving the public sector. He has extensive experience advising and representing companies across a wide range of industries before courts and in arbitration proceedings.

His practice includes advising on construction, infrastructure and public-private partnership (PPP) projects, as well as a strong track record in public procurement, concessions, sectoral regulation, and dispute resolution.

Throughout his career, Antonio has been a partner at leading national and international law firms and has held senior positions within the Spanish Government Lawyer’s Office.

His professional career has been recognized by directories such as Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.
