Experience

Diana is a senior associate in the Competition and Antitrust litigation practices of the firm.

She advises and represents large companies, both domestic and international and across a wide range of sectors, in complex business disputes, with a particular focus on civil damages claims for infringements of Competition Law. She has developed her practice since the early stages of this type of litigation in Spain, taking part in some of the landmark cases that have helped shape the legal and economic criteria applicable in this field.

She has experience advising both claimants and defendants, which enables her to approach this type of litigation with a comprehensive understanding of its procedural, strategic, and economic implications.

She is also involved in litigation relating to unfair competition practices, trademark infringement, and misappropriation of trade secrets.
