Experience
Pablo has extensive experience in a wide range of domestic and international capital markets transactions, including equity (IPOs, rights issues and ABOs), equity-linked (convertible bonds) and debt transactions (establishment, update and drawdowns under MTN and CP programs, high yield issuances, hybrid securities, regulatory capital and liability management transactions. Additionally, he has been involved in structured finance transactions such as securitisations and warehouse financings.
He also has experience in M&A transactions as well as corporate governance matters.
Pablo has worked for several years in the capital markets department of a recognised international law firm.
Selected as “Rising Star” in the Capital Markets area by the international guide IFLR1000.
